BLUECRUISE Trademark Lawsuit

General Motors and its self-driving car subsidiary Cruise have filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against Ford claiming that the Ford’s “BLUECRUISE” mark is confusingly similar to GM’s “SUPER CRUISE” and “CRUISE” trademarks. All three marks refer to competing hands-free highway driving systems.
