The naked baby who was photographed underwater alongside a dollar bill on a fishhook for the Nevermind album cover of alt-rock band Nirvana is now a grown man, Spencer Elden, and he has filed a California lawsuit against the band and its members for breach of contract, sexual exploitation, and other claims arising from the 1991 photograph.
